the units are stylish, extraordinary with an extremely comfortable bed, balcony, a great view. the location is excellent in a very nice area, close enough to the tourist area as well as excellent restaurant.

Quaint and stylish hotel located so close to both the "cerros" and the downtown area, a pedestrian walkway, and an outstanding restaurant. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our queen suite. Large bathroom with bathtubs. Amazing and lovely location, down the hill. Easy walk to Paseo Dimalow. Honestly no reason to complain.

Everything about this brand-new hotel was good. I had trendy, new-fashioned room complete with a beautiful view and conditioner, for instance. I've had a very good stay at the time of the trouble in Chile and over two days of public holidays.

The room is trendy and bright, it comes with ear plugs, cool touches like a vintage clothes rack, a shower. The location is amazing and awesome, right at the top of the Reina Victoria funicular. They have a rooftop bar👌🙂

Ideal characterful hotel. Trendy and fashionable rooms with absolutely nowhere to store your clothes, and excellent services. Thanks to the accommodating staff everything was great, including a wide range offresh food. Awesome location in a tourist area just next door to Cerro Alegre, and the incredible restaurant. Again, walking distance to Paseo Dimalow.

The staff was very attentive, rooms were trendy, gorgeous place to stay. The restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner & drinks, I tried freshly cooked dishes. I loved exceptional views and wake-up service available. It had very central location close to Cerro Alegre.

The location is magnificent and beautiful, relatively close to Cerro Concepcion. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, they know their business.

the hotel was stylish, i truly enjoyed trendy rooms and excellent staff. the property's location was stunning and wonderful, in a very lively neighborhood with boutiques and stores within walking distance. spent a nice evening at cocina puerto, located not very far from the venue. the outdoor restaurant for breakfast and evening meal and the roof top bar. nothing too much trouble, the hotel met requirements.

Breakfasts were outstanding.
